today muscle still quite pain........lol......so in the morning tell miss z not going for training ,but in the end i still went.in the class nothing much happened,except thing that hamburger chen say in english.quite funny.lol.....it is not him ,it is actually us .we always change thing that he say to something else that is funny.today training so shiok , i strike someo ppl out.haha.after training we did the same things ,we went to the canteen to slak ,then went home.
